#โรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากันคืออะไร?
โรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากัน หรือ โรคมาเนีย (Meniere’s disease)
เป็นโรคที่เกี่ยวกับความผิดปกติของน้ำในหูชั้นในที่มีมากเกินปกติ ซึ่งบริเวณหูชั้นในของคนเราจะมีเซลล์ประสาทที่ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมการทรงตัวและการได้ยินอยู่ และโดยปกติแล้วในหูชั้นในจะมีน้ำในปริมาณที่พอดีกับการทำงานของเซลล์ประสาท และมีการไหลเวียนถ่ายเทของน้ำในหูชั้นในตามปกติ ส่งผลให้เซลล์ประสาททำหน้าที่ควบคุมการทรงตัวและการได้ยินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
พบได้ค่อนข้างบ่อยในคนทุกกลุ่มอายุ ตั้งแต่ 20-50 ปี โดยเพศชาย และเพศหญิง

#สาเหตุของการเกิด
โรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากันอาจเกิดจากพันธุกรรม หรือการบริโภคอาหารที่มีเกลือโซเดียมสูง อาหารรสเค็ม การสูบบุหรี่ ดื่มสุรา ความเครียด เป็นต้น

#อาการ
อาการของผู้ที่ป่วยเป็นโรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากัน ไม่ใช่แค่มีอาการบ้านหมุน เวียนศีรษะเท่านั้น แต่ยังสามารถมีอาการอื่นๆดังนี้ด้วย เช่น หูอื้อได้ยินไม่ชัด, ได้ยินเสียงรบกวนในหู, การได้ยินลดลงแบบเป็นๆหายๆ , มีอาการเวียนศีรษะบ้านหมุนเป็นต้น

#การรักษา
โรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากันมีการรักษาดังนี้
1.การดูแลตัวเองเบื้องต้น เช่น การนั่งพัก, นอนหลับพักผ่อน, ไม่รับประทานอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มมากเกินไป, หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางโดยเรือ, หลีกเลี่ยงสารคาเฟอีน เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การสูบบุหรี่ และความเครียด เนื่องจากมีผลไปลดเลือดที่ไปเลี้ยงหูชั้นใน และ ลดการบริโภคอาหารเค็ม เนื่องจากมีผลทำให้น้ำคั่งในหูชั้นในมากขึ้น อาจทำให้ผู้ป่วยอาการแย่ลงได้
2. การรักษาด้วยยา เช่น กลุ่มยาขับปัสสาวะ, ยาขยายหลอดเลือด, ยาบรรเทาอาการเวียนศีรษะ หรือ คลื่นไส้อาเจียน , ยานอนหลับเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยผ่อนคลาย, การฉีดยา เป็นต้น
3.การรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัด

#การป้องกัน
โรคน้ำในหูไม่เท่ากันสามารถป้องกันได้โดยลดปัจจัยกระตุ้นการเกิดโรค เช่น ลดการรับประทานอาหารลดเค็ม ลดการบิโภคชา กาแฟ น้ำอัดลม เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และอาหารที่มีคาเฟอีนทุกชนิด รวมไปถึงการพยายามทำจิตใจให้ผ่องใส ไม่เครียด ไม่โหมงานมากจนเกินไป และพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ
