(เมื่อวันที่ 27 ก.พ.63) ที่ โรงแรมโกลเด้นซิตี้ จ.ระยอง ว่าที่ร้อยตรีพิรุณ เหมะรักษ์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดระยอง เป็นประธานเปิด “โครงการพัฒนาศัยกภาพครูแนะแนวปีที่ 4” จัดโดยสมาคมเพื่อนชุมชน ร่วมกับกลุ่มโรงเรียนการศึกษาภาคบังคับ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ สพป.ระยองเขต 1 ,สพป.ระยองเขต 2, และสพม. 18 และ ภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อสนองนโยบายรัฐ ยุคการศึกษา 4.0 และนางช่อชบา ชื่นบาน รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 เป็นตัวแทนกลุ่มโรงเรียนการศึกษาภาคบังคับ กล่าวสนับสนุนการจัดงาน และ นายมนชัย รักสุจริต ผู้จัดการสมาคมเพื่อนชุมชน, นายมนตรี ชนะชัยวิบูลวัฒน์ ที่ปรึกษานายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง, ดร.ธวัชชัย อุ่ยพานิช อดีตรองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา, ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมฤกษ์ จันทรอัมพร รองอธิการบดี ฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ, นายฉัตรไชย ประเสริฐสุข ผู้จัดการแผนกวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝึกศึกษา บริษัท อุตสาหกรรมการบิน จำกัด ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในการเสวนาในหัวข้อ “การแนะแนว 2020 สู่ EEC ในอนาคต” มีผู้เข้ารวมกว่า 72 โรงเรียน มีคุณครูที่เข้าร่วมการสัมมนากว่า 170 คน โดยคาดว่าจะขยายสู่พื้นที่อื่น ๆ ต่อไป ตลอดจนปรับแนวคิดการแนะแนวทางการเรียนต่อสายอาชีพ ป้อนตลาดแรงงานภาคอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่อีอีซี..
