191 (เหตุด่วนเหตุร้าย) เป็นหมายเลขฉุกเฉินที่ให้ประชาชนสามารถโทรแจ้งเหตุฉุกเฉินทั้งหมด 3 กรณีด้วยกัน คือ โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ, โทรเรียกรถพยาบาล และโทรเรียกพนักงานดับเพลิง โดยเบอร์โทรดังกล่าวจะเปิดให้ประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อนหรือประสบกับปัญหาโทรขอความช่วยเหลือจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้ตลอดเวลา หรือ 24 ชั่วโมงนั่นเอง

1669 (เจ็บป่วยฉุกเฉิน) หมายเลขนี้เป็นเหมือนหมอประจำบ้านเลยทีเดียว จะมีคนคอยแนะนำด้านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินให้กับประชาชน ซึ่งการทำงานของหมายเลขนี้คือ เมื่อมีประชาชนโทรเข้ามาแจ้งเหตุฉุกเฉินจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่โทรสอบถามข้อมูลเบื้องต้น อาทิ เหตุเกิดที่ใด, มีจำนวนคนเจ็บเท่าไหร่ และอาการเป็นอย่างไร พร้อมกับบอกวิธีการปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่จะประเมินอาการของผู้บาดเจ็บ ว่าเป็นผู้ป่วยประเภทไหน เพื่อจะได้ทำการส่งรถฉุกเฉินไปได้ถูกประเภทนั่นเอง

1555 (ศูนย์ร้องทุกข์) หมายเลขที่คอยให้ข้อมูล ข่าวสาร รวมไปถึงรับแจ้งเหตุ ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ และประชาสัมพันธ์ 24 ชั่วโมง ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่รับสายคอยรับฟังปัญหา และนำปัญหามาวิเคราะห์พร้อมประมวลผลและให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้น พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและรายงานผลให้ผู้แจ้งได้รับทราบ

199 (แจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ & สัตว์ร้ายเข้าบ้าน) หมายเลขฉุกเฉินกลางครบวงจร ซึ่งสามารถโทรแจ้งได้ทั้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ หรือขอบริการทางการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินทั้งที่บ้านและท้องถนน รวมไปถึงมีสัตว์ร้ายเข้าบ้านด้วย โดยจะเป็นหมายเลขที่ครอบคลุมทั่วกรุงเทพฯ

1130 (แจ้งเหตุไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง) เป็นหมายเลขของการไฟฟ้านครหลวงนั่นเอง หากบ้านเกิดไฟดับ สายไฟขาด ไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร หรือหม้อแปลงระเบิด สามารถโทรหมายเลขนี้เพื่อแจ้งปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวงเข้ามาแก้ไขกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งเกิดที่บ้านตัวเอง หรือหมู่บ้านที่เราอาศัยอยู่ก็ได้

1125 (แจ้งเหตุประปาฉุกเฉิน) เป็นหมายเลขของศูนย์บริการการใช้น้ำการประปานครหลวง แจ้งทุกปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับการใช้น้ำ ทั้งท่อแตกรั่วรวมไปถึงแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้น้ำทุกกรณี และให้บริการ 24 ชั่วโมง

1195 (กองปราบปราม) หมายเลขที่ครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศไทย หมายเลขสำหรับแจ้งเหตุที่เกิดจากเรื่องอาชญากรรม อบายมุข หรือถูกรังแกจากกลุ่มผู้มีอิทธิพล รวมไปถึงเรื่องเดือดร้อนที่ไม่ได้รับความยุติธรรม
