รางจืด…เป็นสมุนไพรชนิดเดียวที่มีการใช้แก้พิษในอดีตและมีข้อมูลการวิจัยสนับสนุน และมีประโยชน์มากมาย จากประวัติการใช้ที่ยาวนานในแผ่นดินไทย ประกอบกับการศึกษาวิจัยที่บอกว่ามีความปลอดภัยและการศึกษาวิจัยที่สนับสนุนการใช้ของคนโบราณร่วมกับสถานการณ์สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ปนเปื้อนไปด้วย สารพิษและปัญหายาเสพติดทุกหย่อมหญ้าในขณะที่อีกทางต้องไปแก้ไขที่ต้นตอแห่งปัญหาเช่น การลดการใช้สารเคมี ในขณะเดียวกันก็ต้องหาทางช่วยเหลือเยียวยาปัญหาที่ยังดำรงอยู่ ขอเพียงแต่มีดินให้รากยึดหาอาหาร มีโครงให้เลื้อย รางจืดจะแตกใบแตกยอดเป็นยาสมุนไพรที่ใช้แสนง่าย เพียงแต่นำมาต้มมาชงกิน

4.ล้างสารพิษที่ตกค้างในร่างกาย

วันนี้เรานำวิธีคั้นน้ำรางจืดมาฝากงายเเสนง่าย จะดื่มร้อน หรือเย็นก็ได้
3 ขั้นตอนง่ายๆ
1. นำใบรางจืดจำนวน 5-7 ใบล้างน้ำเปล่าให้สะอาด
2. โขลกให้ละเอียดผสมน้ำดื่ม หรือน้ำซาวข้าว ปริมาณ 250 มล.
3. กรองหรือคั้นน้ำรางจืด ดื่มครั้งละ 1 แก้ว วันละ 1 ครั้ง หรือเมื่อมีอาการ
