“ทุนอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อนชุมชน (ระดับ ปวช.)” ประจาปี 2563

วัตถุประสงค์

เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้กับเยาวชนจังหวัดระยองได้มีโอกาสในการศึกษาต่อเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมและช่วยเหลือเยาวชนที่มีภูมิลำเนาในจังหวัดระยองและจบการศึกษาระดับชั้น มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จากโรงเรียนในพื้นที่จังหวัดระยอง (เรียนดี แต่ยากจน) และเข้าศึกษาอยู่ในระดับ อาชีวศึกษา (ปวช.1-3) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดระยอง หรือสถาบันตามเงื่อนไขที่สมาคมฯ กำหนด

ลักษณะของทุนการศึกษา

เป็นทุนการศึกษาเพื่อค่าครองชีพและค่าใช้จ่ายท่ีเก่ียวกับการศึกษา โดยให้ทุนต่อเนื่องต้ังแต่ระดับอาชีวศึกษา(ปวช.1-3) จำนวน 45 ทุนๆ ละ 20,000บาทต่อปี เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้โดย มีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่สมาคมฯ กำหนด

   2. สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ

3. ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว

คุณสมบัติผู้ที่จะขอรับทุน

1. ผู้ขอรับทุนต้องมีชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านในจังหวัดระยอง ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี (นับแต่มีนาคม 2560 เป็น
   ต้นไป)
   
2. ต้องมีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยสะสมตลอด 5 ภาคการศึกษา (ม.1-ม.3 ภาคแรก) ไม่ต่ากว่า 2.70
   

หลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณา

1. พิจารณาจากผลการเรียน 5 เทอม ของ ม. 1,2 และ ม. 3 เทอม 1 ไม่ต่ากว่า 2.70
   
2. เป็นนักเรียนที่ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประกาศนียบัตร(ปวช.) ชั้นปีที่ 1 (ปวช.1) ในสถาบันศึกษาภาครัฐ ใน
   พื้นที่จังหวัดระยองหรือสถาบันตามเงื่อนไขที่สมาคมฯกำหนดโดยมีเอกสารรับรองการเป็นนักเรยีน
   จากสถาบันการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.มาแสดง
   
3. นักเรียนทุนฯ จะต้องร่วมกิจกรรมจิตอาสาต่าง ๆ ที่สมาคมเพื่อนชุมชน จัดขึ้นอย่างน้อย ปีละ 1 ครั้ง
   
4. สมาคมเพื่อนชุมชน ขอสงวนสิทธิยกเลิกการให้ทุน กรณีผู้ที่ได้รับทุนไม่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กาหนดและ
   ประพฤติไม่เหมาะสม
   
5. การพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

1. ใบสมัครที่กรอกข้อความสมบูรณ์พร้อมรูปถ่ายหน้าตรง 1 นิ้วหรือ 2 นิ้ว 1 รูป (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
2. เอกสารแสดงการเป็นนักเรียนในระดับประกาศนยีบัตรวิชาชีพ(ปวช.)สาขาที่สมาคมเพื่อนชมุชนกำหนดพร้อมตราประทับจากทางสถาบันจึงถือว่าเอกสารสมบูรณ์
3. ใบรายงานผลการเรียน 5 เทอม ของ ม. 1,2 และ ม. 3 เทอม 1 จำนวน 1 ชุด
4. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง จำนวน 1 ชุด
5. สาเนาบัตรประชาชน พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง จำนวน 1 ชุด
6. หนังสือรับรองของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาจานวน1ชุด
7. หนังสือรับรองของผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยจานวน1ชุด
8. รูปถ่ายภาพที่อยู่อาศัย
9. แผนที่บ้านของผู้สมัคร
